Mids' Hero Designer

Mids' Hero Designer lets you plan your hero or villain's build, starting with archetype and powersets, going right through enhancement slotting and calculating the effects of self-buffs. Not only can you plan your build, but you can also find a wealth of stats on your powers, and see them affected by eachother and slotted enhancements. You need to have the .NET Framework 2.0 installed, and it's available free from this link if you don't already have it.

Quick feature overview: Pick & slot powers, swap powers & slots around. Optional Respec-mode. Scaling for smaller screens Stats: Numbers! Numbers! Numbers! Maths: Power effects, buffs, debuffs, movement speeds. Pick the powers to include, and see the effect of buffs like tactics or build up on your other powers. See the bonuses of your Set enhancements listed, and even taken into account for your stats. Graphs for damage, end, recharge, healing and duration. Even compare different powersets. Appearance changes to reflect Hero/Villain status and Origin. Self-updating (optional)

Small Print It probably goes without saying, but to the best of my knowledge, and after a reasonable amount of testing (by my team of heroic and villainous guinea pigs), there isn't anything harmful that it can do, and it's been checked by fully up-to-date McAfee Antivirus. It can be uninstalled using Add/Remove programs in the Windows Control Panel.
