Simon Rollins was one of those nerds in school that was always picked on and had his lunch money taken away. High school wasn't that much better, until a freak accident in the chemistry lab imbued him with phenomenal powers and a ravenous appetite.

Simon soon learned that he could store vast amounts of energy in his fragile body from anything he ate, such as the calories in most junk food. When he finally releases that energy, he can enhance his physical size, speed, and strength. After defeating the school bully and saving the girl of his dreams from rude jerks, he quickly set himself to righting other wrongs throughout the city.

College isn't all that different for Simon. Scholarship grants and federal financial aid have allowed him to make several upgrades to his costume. And nobody takes his lunch money anymore. Simon may still be a nobody at school, but that's not who he really is anyway. He is Full Power, the genius superhero!
