Fusion Arrow, a hero from 1930s Paragon City, was sent to our time by a time-travelling villain.  While the hero from Paragon City's Golden Age was here he joined Fusion Force for a short time.  Before Positron and Portal Corps helped him return to his correct time, he found his Great-grandson and trained him to use the longbow for justice and freedom!  Now Paragon City is under the protection of a new Fusion Arrow, continuing a proud tradition.
