Jessica Johansson was hired by Countess Crey several years ago to develop a cold fusion process to stop cancer cells.  One night while working late in the lab, Jessica discovered the true plans for her research, an army of Crey Cryo Tanks! Infuriated that she was being used to develop a weapon of war, she went into the cold fusion chamber and began destroying her own research and test results. The Countess was immediately alerted to this and sealed Jessica in the chamber!

Several hours later the Countess, confident Jessica was dead, opened the chamber only to find Jessica had escaped! An ice cavern lead from the bottom of the chamber to outside the grounds of the facility. Jessica was mutated in the chamber by her very own research she was trying to destroy.

She developed Ice control powers and as a result can harness the power of the wind. Unfortunately the lab had back-up data of all her research so the Crey Cryo Tank army would become a reality. She vows to defend Paragon City, stop the evil Countess, and destroy the Cryo Tank army.

Jessica took the code name BlueTyphoon and was recruited into Fusion Force by Toxic Graviton.  Blue enjoys spending her downtime with Busy Bee and Jewelshine in ICON.
